Plan Your Services Before creating services in Comm.care: - Review your NDIS registration groups - Review your PAPL (Price Arrangement and Price Limits) - Identify services for other funding sources (CHSP, MDS, fee-for-service) - Determine pricing structure ### 2. Create Services in Comm.care - Go to **Organisation > Services** - Click **Create New Service** - Fill in details: - Service name (what you call it internally) - Funding source (NDIS, CHSP, MDS, etc.) - Line items (for NDIS) - Default price - Travel and cancellation policies ### 3. Configure Service Details - Set billing increment (e.g., 15 minutes, 1 hour) - Configure travel allowances - Set cancellation notice requirements - Link to service categories for reporting ### 4. Add to Participant Roadmaps - Go to participant's Circle - Add services to their Roadmap - Customize price if different from default - Set start and end dates ### 5.
