# Set up Payment and Plan on Comm.care
This tutorial will help you efficiently set up and manage your organisation's payment and plan in Comm.care. In addition to [Set up Your Organisation](organisation-profile.md), this step ensures that everything is ready for streamlined care management.
To get started, go to **Organisation** home page, and click **Credits and Plan** on the right.
> _Note that only users with the organisation role as **Manager** can fully access this section._
## Credit Information
This section provides a brief overview of the credits in your account:
- **Credits used this month**: The amount of credits that have been used during the current month.
- **Credits available**: The amount of usable credits purchased. If you haven't purchased any credits in advance, this value will be 0.
- **Export detailed transactions to CSV**: Click here to download a CSV file containing detailed transactions for the current month.
## Payment Setup
This is where you add and edit your payment information for Comm.care purchases. Click **Add a payment method** or **Update payment method** and fill in your credit card information. Then, click **Save** to finish.

## Comm.Care Account
In this section, you can select and manage the Account Owner and Plan on Comm.care.
## Account Owner
There is only one account owner of each organisation. By default, the user who created the organisation will be the Account Owner (with the role Manager).

Only the current account owner can change the account owner by assigning someone else who must have a Manager role. After doing this, the previous owner can no longer change the account owner. So, be careful when deciding to change the account owner.
## Plan
