# Quick Start for Managers (5 Minutes)
Welcome to Comm.care! This quick guide will get you oriented and ready to start setting up your organisation.
## What is Comm.care?
Comm.care is a case management system designed for health and community service providers. It helps you manage:
- **Participants** (your clients) in Circles of Care
- **Staff** rostering and access
- **Services** and service delivery documentation
- **Invoicing** for NDIS, CHSP, MDS, and fee-for-service
- **Reporting** to meet compliance requirements
- **Quality management** (incidents, risks, feedback)

## Key Concepts (1 minute)
**Circle of Care** = A participant's complete record. Everything about one client lives in their Circle.
**Roadmap** = The services you'll deliver to a participant over time.
**Progress Note** = Legal documentation of a service delivery event.
**Organisation Calendar** = View all appointments and validate billable hours across your whole team.

## Your First Steps (2 minutes)
As a manager, you'll need to:
1. **Set up services** - Define what you offer (NDIS, CHSP, MDS, etc.)
2. **Add staff** - Create user accounts with appropriate access levels
3. **Create Circles** - Onboard your participants
4. **Configure billing** - Set up accounting integration and invoicing details
