Welcome to Comm.care! This quick guide will help you understand your role and get started managing participant care.
## What is Comm.care?
As a Support Coordinator, Comm.care helps you:
- **Manage Circles of Care** - Each participant's complete record
- **Create Service Roadmaps** - Plan services aligned with participant goals
- **Track Progress** - Monitor service delivery and goal achievement
- **Coordinate Teams** - Manage which staff support each participant
- **Report Hours** - Track your billable coordination hours

## Key Concepts (1 minute)
**Circle of Care** = Everything about one participant - their profile, goals, services, documents, and team.
**Roadmap** = The services you'll arrange for a participant over time.
**Timeline** = The participant's history - all documents, notes, and activities.
**Coordination Hours** = Your billable time (often non-face-to-face) spent coordinating care.
