# Exporting Timesheets to Employment Hero Comm.care makes it easy to gather the hours your team has worked and send them straight to Employment Hero for payroll. In this article we'll walk through how to export your Timesheets into Employment Hero. > _Learn more about:_ [How to export Timesheets from Comm.care](../../features/reporting/running-reports.md)_._ ## Before you start Head to **My Organisation > Organisation Information box > Back Office** and set the **Timesheet Integration** to **Employment Hero**. From now on, your Timesheets report will download in the Employment Hero format, ready to upload. <video src="help/Attachments/timesheet-integration-employment-hero.webm" autoplay loop muted playsinline></video> Employment Hero matches each row to the right employee using their Comm.care user ID, so there's no extra ID field to fill in on the staff profile — as long as your Employment Hero employee records are linked to the same people, the import will line up. ## Download the Timesheet file from Comm.care Go to **Organisation > Reports**, pick **Timesheets** as the report type, choose the dates you want, and click **Generate report**. Then click **Action > Download CSV** to download the file in Employment Hero format. <video src="help/Attachments/timesheet-download-employment-hero.webm" autoplay loop muted playsinline></video> Once you've got the file, you can bring it into Employment Hero. ## Importing Timesheets to Employment Hero Employment Hero accepts CSV files for importing timesheets into a pay run.
