## Key Concepts
**Appointment** = A scheduled instance of service delivery to a participant
**My Calendar** = Individual staff member's personal roster
**Organisation Calendar** = Manager's view of all appointments across the organisation (used for validating billable hours)
**Rostering** = Assigning staff to appointments based on participant needs and staff availability

## Common Workflows
### For Support Workers:
1. Check **My Calendar** each day
2. View appointment details (participant, location, service, time)
3. Complete the service
4. Create progress note after delivery
### For Coordinators:
1. Create appointments on participant's **Roadmap**
2. Assign appropriate staff based on skills and availability
3. Notify staff of roster
4. Monitor completion via progress notes
### For Managers:
1. Use **Organisation Calendar** to view all appointments
2. Validate billable hours before invoicing
