# Creating Invoices
Generate invoices and claims for NDIS, CHSP, or fee-for-service participants based on progress notes.
## Quick Steps
1. **Validate billable hours** (Organisation Calendar)
2. **Go to Organisation → Reports**
3. **Generate activity report** for the period
4. **Create invoices** from progress notes
5. **Send to recipients** (plan manager, participant, or submit bulk upload)

## Invoicing Workflow
### 1. Pre-Invoice Validation
✅ All progress notes created
✅ Hours validated on Organisation Calendar
✅ Services match participant plans
✅ No missing or incomplete documentation
### 2. Generate Activity Report
- Go to **Organisation → Reports**
- Select date range
- Filter by funding source if needed
- Review totals
### 3. Create Invoices
**For NDIA-Managed (Agency):**
- Generate bulk upload file
- Submit to myplace portal
- Track submission status
**For Plan-Managed:**
- Create individual invoices
- Send to plan manager
- Track payment status
**For Self-Managed:**
- Create individual invoices
- Send to participant
- Track payment
**For CHSP:**
- Create client contribution invoices
- Send to participant
- DEX reporting automatic
