**At the Start of Your Shift:**
1. Check My Calendar for today's appointments
2. Review participant documents before visits
3. Check for any tasks or alarms assigned to you
**During Service Delivery:**
1. Note any observations or incidents
2. Track time accurately
3. Document goals progress
**At the End of Your Shift:**
1. Create progress notes for all services delivered
2. Complete any assigned tasks
3. Report any incidents or concerns
**Regular Maintenance:**
1. Keep your certifications up to date
2. Update your availability when it changes
3. Review participant documents when they're updated
