# Customer Service Management : Setting Goals
Setting goals and keeping up-to-date with the progress of your Client is the primary concern of the support worker and this is one of the features which makes Comm.care a leading NDIS software. Coordinators can keep track of goals in just a single click! Let's see how to set it up.
#### To set goals for a Circle:
> _**Note:** Only Circle Coordinators can create goals & update progress_
Go to **My Circle > Select the Circle > Goals > Edit icon > Edit > Add goal (attach files if you like) > Fill in goals > Save changes**
