# Customer Service Management : Organisation's Staff This feature is only available for organisations on the Enterprise and Professional plans. Comm.care allows you to easily manage your staff and volunteers. You can create users and manage their level of access, as well as manage NDIS staff rostering and client management. Access to information can be granted according to assigned roles, ensuring they are active members in the care of your Clients. Staff access is managed in your Organisation’s staff area. The quickest way to get there is to click on the **Staff** tab at the top. ![Screenshot 2025-02-27 at 13.27.17.png](help/Attachments/463274008.png) Here you can do mostly: - A: Add a new staff member (refer to [How to create new users](How%20to%20create%20new%20users.md) which outlines a step-by-step process to create users for staff and volunteers) - B: Manage staff profile - C: Manager staff access within your organisation and circles Furthermore, **only the Manager** to see the total number of instances of care, hours, and actual revenue earned within the selected time period. On the bottom right, you can select to see those metrics for a particular period: Month, Week, or Financial year. The numbers are updated every night. The filters provided on the right side of the screen allow the filtering of staff as per their **roles, staff certificates, gender, languages, indigenous status, interests, and skills**. This makes it easier for the Coordinator to allocate the right staff to a Particular Circle based on their requirements and therefore provide efficient service for better outcomes. ![about-staff2.png](help/Attachments/147193940.png) The **certifications** filter allows you to filter the staff based on the name and expiry date of the certifications. This helps the managers to find the staff with correct expertise to assign to the client. The **skills** filter is a great help to Coordinators, who can filter staff according to their skills and experience levels, which saves a lot of time in rostering.
