# Customer Service Management : Organisation Roles
Client data privacy is a key part in a case management software. Comm.care, for each user, whether Office Staff or another person, can be used to assigned one or more roles, each with different permissions assigned to it. Yes! That is different level of access for each client.
Organisational roles are divided into Manager, Office Staff, Service Provider, and Auditor & Compliance in Comm.care.
To assign roles, go to **My Organisation > Staff > Role**

You will then see the Membership / Role modal and be able to edit the role in your organisation for the user.

# Organisation Role’s Description

||**Manager**<br><br>Managers hold the highest access level in the organisation. With greater authority than other roles, they can update the Organisational Profile while having full access to Services, Circles, User Accounts, Financial Information, and more.|
||**Office Staff**<br><br>Office Staffs handle administrative tasks within the organisation. They can create Circles, Documents, Templates, and view other sections of the organisation information.|
||**Service Provider**<br><br>Service Providers are support workers delivering the services to clients. They have read-only access to selected sections of the organisation information.|
||**Auditor & Compliance**<br><br>Auditors have read-only access to specific sections of the organisation's information, whereas Compliance Officers have full access to documents and templates.|
