This way, they will be able to keep their documents up-to-date._ # Use ‘Certificate filter’ to monitor expiring Certificates Once you have recorded the certifications of all your staff, you can search for staff based on their Certifications, among other filters. This helps you identify staff whose certifications are expiring soon, ensuring that all certifications are always up to date. For example, you’re well aware that the renewing process for a _Certificate III in Individual Support (Cert III)_ may take around one month, so it's wise to look ahead for any certifications expiring in the next 2-3 months. To do this, go to **Organisation > Staff** and use the **Certificate filter** on the right. Enter the certificate’s name and select the expiry date to see which staff members hold expiring certifications. ![Add Staff certifications](help/Attachments/147161270.gif) Additionally, you can create a task or reminder for your staff about upcoming certification expirations.
