# How to Use Your Feedback & Complaint QR Code We’ve made it easier for your organisation to collect feedback and complaints by generating a **QR Code** that links directly to your public Feedback & Complaint page. > **Note:** _This feature is only available for organisations on the **Quality Management System** plan._ ### Where to Find the QR Code You can find your unique QR Code in two places: 1. **Main Page** Look between your **Organisation widget** and the **Credit widget**. You’ll see a card titled **“Leave Feedback or Complaint.”** ![](Pasted%20image%2020250804153859.png) 2. **QMS Portal on Comm.care** Scroll to the **About Us** section — the QR Code will appear just below it. ![](Pasted%20image%2020250804154029.png) ### What You Can Do with It Use the two helpful buttons below the QR Code: - **Download QR Code** Save the QR Code image to your device. You can then print it for display at your office, events, or service locations — or include it in posters, brochures, or email newsletters. - **Copy Link** Instantly copy the link to your public Feedback & Complaint page. You can paste it into an email, message, or website to share it with clients and stakeholders. ### Recommend: Add QR Code to Your Client Touchpoints To encourage open communication, we strongly recommend adding the QR Code to: - **Your client onboarding pack** Include it in welcome booklets or intro brochures. - **Your organisation’s website** Embed the QR Code or feedback link on your homepage, Contact Us, or Support pages. These simple additions make it easy for clients to find your Feedback page when it matters most. ### When Someone Scans the QR Code - It opens your Feedback page directly—no login required! - Anyone can leave feedback **anonymously** by tapping **“Add Feedback” button**, or - Users with accounts can log in to share feedback with their name attached.
