Now, you can share your **Feedback and Complaints page** using a **QR Code**—so anyone can scan and share their thoughts in just a few seconds! --- ### Where to Find the QR Code You can find your organisation’s Feedback QR Code in two places: #### On the Main Page - Located between the **Organisation Widget** and the **Credits Widget** #### On the QMS Portal - Scroll down to the **“About Us”** section --- ### What You Can Do Each QR Code block comes with two handy buttons: 1. **Download QR Code** Save the QR image to print or share in emails, posters, or newsletters. 2. **Copy Link** Instantly copy the direct link to your Feedback & Complaints page—perfect for emails, websites, or social media. --- ### Recommend: Add QR Code to Your Client Touchpoints To encourage open communication, we strongly recommend adding the QR Code to: - **Your client onboarding pack** Include it in welcome booklets or intro brochures. - **Your organisation’s website** Embed the QR Code or feedback link on your homepage, Contact Us, or Support pages. These simple additions make it easy for clients to find your Feedback page when it matters most. --- ### When Someone Scans the QR Code - It opens your Feedback page directly—no login required! - Anyone can leave feedback **anonymously** by tapping **“Add Feedback” button**, or - Users with accounts can log in to share feedback with their name attached. This helps organisations follow up personally when appropriate. --- ### Tip: Share It Widely! Print the QR Code on: - Posters in your office or service centre - Email signatures - Newsletters or event flyers - Brochures and onboarding packs The more visible it is, the easier it is for clients to share their voice.
